Soy Wax (Soya Wax)

Origin: Soy wax or Soya wax is a 100% natural wax derived from soybeans. 

Benefits: Soy Wax primarily used in candles. Soy wax burns slower than paraffin wax, meaning you'll get a candle that lasts longer. While beeswax typically lasts longer, it is more difficult to work with due to its extremely high melting point. Soy Wax burns cleaner and results in less soot than paraffin.  Soy candles produce a white, cool toned flame (think of fluorescent lighting or the light emitted from your cell phone screen or TV at night). Soy Wax also burns with zero petro soot, creating petro soot free candles. Soy candles are a great option if your goal is to attract an environmentally friendly, vegan or natural audience.
